“Debutant” Hector Ramirez will Star in “Tachi Palace Fights 3”

‘Tachi Palace Fights’ has drawn some serious attention of the fans in recent times. They had come up with two events earlier and both of them had been quite successful. They have now planned a third show and have signed several well-known names from the MMA fighters. The latest of them all is the UFC veteran Hector Ramirez. He had been playing the role of a coach is recent “The Ultimate Fighter”. Ramirez is signed to contest in a match against Anthony Ruiz, a WEC, EliteXC and Strikeforce veteran at “Tachi Palace Fights 3” that will take place on February 4th, 2010.

The event is organized at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino in Lemoore, California and is being headlined with a Bantamweight match between Cole Escovedo and Jeff Bedard. Ramirez, a former Light Heavyweight fighter will compete here at 185 pounds category for the very first time. When asked about the reactions by our MMASpark correspondent, Ramirez expressed his excitement to be part of an established organization like Tachi. The “Sick Dog” looked much focused before his debut in the 185 pounds category. “Tachi Palace Fights 3” also features TUF 5 veteran Gabe Ruediger, former WEC star Manny Tapia and David Bollea, the nephew of legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan. The tickets for the event will be available from December 23rd, 2009 and the price of general admission seats starts from $30.
