Andrei Arlovski is the UFC heavyweight champion and he wishes to pursue his boxing career and he has been pushing back his debut in the professional boxing circuit and this is going to take place in the month of May. This certain announcement was done by Andrei Arlovski’s boxing manager, Billy Keane. Andrei’s foray into the world of professional boxing is highly anticipated and both his UFC fans as well as his boxing fans all are planning to see him in action.

Arlovski was actually booked so that he could compete in a match that would include a four-round bout and this match was booked by Paul Williams-Winky Wright who represents the Golden Boy-promotions. This main event is scheduled to take place on the 11th of April at the Mandalay Bay Events Center situated in Las Vegas. There has been a particular switch in the dates that also gives Arlovski a little more time so that he can work under the legendary trainer of boxing, the great Freddie Roach.

Currently Roach is training Manny Pacquiao and when he is done with that training and then he wishes to focus all his attention on Arlovski. Andrei is the former UFC heavyweight champion as has been told earlier and he is currently busy on a movie that is being shot in Bulgaria and the scenes for the movie “Universal Soldier 3: A New Beginning”. He would be starring alongside action stars like Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren.
