Antwain Britt did or rather achieve something stupendous at Shine’s debut on Saturday. This match took place right in the heart of the Buckeye state. In the match Britt absolutely destroyed veteran Antonio Mendes as he pounced upon him with a lethal series of blows and made his opponent bite dust quite literally. Mendes represented the ATT or the American Top Team and it was the referee who was forced to pull off the 205 pound knockout master from the fallen performer.
Britt was later heard saying that he simply had one thing in mind all through the match and he simply kept on pounding his opponent as he believes that one cannot back up if you are kept on pumped. He utilized a right cross and a right elbow to drop his opponent to the ground and secure a victory and a win. The eight second knockout victory was Britt’s fifth such win. He earlier had won a total of four matches that all were under the two minute time mark. Reversely Mendes suffered his third consecutive loss the latest one being at the hands of Britt.
In other news, Mario Stapel won a quick match against Harris Sarmiento and this match also ended under the two minute time count. He utilized a guillotine hold against his rival and crushed all his hopes of winning the match. He also delivered a solid hard right knee to his adversary’s jaw after pulling guard and then eventually finishing his already dazed opponent with the aforementioned quick choke hold. This was a fantastic match and all the people along with the UFC experts witnessing this match were absolutely fascinated by the amazing display of physical combat styles that were involved in it. The match was fast and thrilling. According to someone might just be one of the best matches of their lives.
