GSP and Koscheck to fight on December 11
Georges St Pierre and Josh Koscheck will first face off as coaches on The Ultimate Fighter season 12 and will then face each other for the UFC welterweight championship on December 11 at UFC 123.
Koscheck announced the date of the fight on his twitter account late Tuesday, saying “Can’t wait until tuf 12 airs in Sept! & oh ya did u guys know, that I am going to be the next welterweight champion come dec 11th. 
)))))”.
The Ultimate Fighter Season 12 will debut on September 15, and the finale will likely be on December 4th — one week before UFC 123. The venue is still unknown at this point however Koscheck has been lobbying for his hometown of Pittsburgh. This location can be ruled out though since the NCAA double header for the SEC vs. Big East basketball tournament is being held there on December 11. It’s most likely at this point that UFC 123 will be held in Las Vegas, a week after TUF 12.
