In all of the six trips that he made all across the pond, Marcus Davis has made the Irish heritage that he has to be an absolute point of emphasis. However there are a few UFC performers who seem unimpressed by this act of Davis. Dan Hardy is amongst them. Hardy had earlier knocked out the Davis who happens to be the International Fight League veteran along with Pat Miletich’s protégé Rory Markham. He had knocked out Rory with a sharp left hook in a matter of just 69 seconds in a match that was held in the co-main event at the UFC 95 entitled “Sanchez vs. Stevenson”. This much anticipated match up was held on Saturday in London at the O2 Arena. Later on he had zeroed in on Marcus Davis. Hardy said that he definitely thinks that it’d be an amazing fight. Hardy also later added that doubtlessly Marcus is an amazing UFC fighter and he himself is a fan of Marcus. Hardy further said that he liked watching all of Marcus’s fights. Marcus had a two of his fights in England and he’s steadily building up a fan base, however according to Hardy neither is Marcus English neither is he Irish. Hardy says that he was born here and he doesn’t mind taking on a challenge from Marcus and consequently showing him that this is his home and not his home. In other news, Hardy had picked up his fifth win at the UFC 95 and this was his consecutive win.
