Matt against Matt match updates
It’s been a while since much has been said about Matt Hughes and Matt Serra. Both of the Matt’s have shown a large degree of interest in a match up in some time around this year. The Matt’s do not like each other and that particular disliking has been made pretty public .One of the Matt’s, Matt Hughes has also posted his challenge to Matt Serra through his official website MattHughes.com they are going to fight on the 23rd of May in the sin city of Las Vegas, Nevada.
According to the post from MattHughes.com, Hughes seem to have got a call from Joe Silva and now it looks like that a matchup between Hughes and Serra is going to take place real soon.
This match up has not been fully confirmed; however Hughes believes that the match is going to take place on the designated date. This match is really gaining popularity and was supposed to originally to take place somewhere in the last year, however both the fighters have gone through several injuries not to mention many personal issues and both these reasons have somehow hindered this matchup. The matchup between the two Matt’s was originally supposed to take place at the UFC 79 titled Nemesis.
