Ortiz & Coleman, Rivalry Heats Up

Tito Ortiz was scheduled to make his comeback in Octagon to fight with UFC hall of Famer Mark Coleman. Though, Coleman was forced to withdraw due to an injury, the things turned ugly when Coleman’s manager made personal attacks against Ortiz & his wife Jenna.
Mike DiSabato, Coleman’s manager & friend, made derogatory remarks against Jenna after Ortiz’s twitter post on Coleman’s pull out. DiSabato later apologized for his insensitive words. Ortiz reacted to the remarks personally but tried not to fuel the fire burning already between Coleman & him. He believes that it is his responsibility to make a good example for those who watch MMA. He described DiSabato’s comments to be monstrous and expressed his belief that people will have an idea about DiSabato’s character now. He added that he would have never made such comments on Coleman or his family. The “Huntington Beach Bad Boy” is now waiting for Coleman to heal his injury so that they can settle some unfinished business between them.
Both Ortiz and his wife being high profile celebrity, it is understandable for Ortiz that people will target him or his wife for some cheap publicity and that is why Ortiz want to forget things and look into future.
For MMA fans, it will be a treat to watch these two in the same ring especially after this incident took place. Though, Ortiz does not want to remember DiSabato’s comments, the scores are yet to be settled between the two superstars and the rivalry is far from over for sure.
