As UFC fans might be aware of the fact, Jeffrey D. Kirby is the man who was arrested on the 11th of March as he was involved with the death of the “Tapout” founder namely Charles “Mask” Lewis Jr. Jeffrey D. Kirby was granted another continuance solely at the request of the defense attorney that he had hired. This “second chance” was given to him or rather announced on Friday in front of the justice of honor at the Harbor Justice Center in the Newport Beach city of California.

Kirby is currently 51 years of age and does have a police track record from before. Kirby already has a couple of prior convictions. He was charged with driving under the alcoholic influence in the state of Nevada as well as in California. He has been also charged with a couple of felony charges of vehicular manslaughter and he stands to face a maximum sentence of around 19 years and eight months once he is convicted.

Kirby was involved with the death of Charles “Mask” Lewis Jr. Jeffrey D and the trial is currently underway. The Mask died a horrible death after his car and Kirby’s collided. Kirby’s court arrangement has gone through re-scheduling and this is now going to be held on the 5th of May. Kirby is also expected to enter a plea here and his defense was previously awarded a particular continuance at his original arraignment on the 13th of March 13 so that he has more time to properly review the case.
