The Daley and Depret match is scheduled in March
Paul Daley as we all know is the hot shot European top welterweight and is an asset to the UFC. He has recently made several plans to face upcoming Belgian star Tommy Depret. This match between the twain is slated to be the main event of a popular self-promoted show and is scheduled on the 29th of March right in Nottingham, England that happens to be Daley’s hometown. The match is touted to be an inner-European duel and also marks Daley’s first match since his collision with Bojan Kosednar the Slovenian and this match took place in the month of July, last year. Paul is reported to be still on shaky legs as he had previously committed from both of the fighters. The next fight or the upcoming match in which he will take part happens real soon and in this match he faces Nick Thompson who happens to be a veteran of the UFC and also at the same time is the former titleholder of the prestigious Bodog Fight welterweight. This exciting match is on the cards of the MFC 20 that is titled “Destined for Greatness,” and this event takes place on the 20th of Feb. The event is scheduled to happen in the Canadian town of Enoch, in Alberta. This event is being produced by the Golden Glory production, and this event showcases Depret in action against Wim Deputter in one of the couple of MMA bouts at yet another event entitled the “It’s Showtime” scheduled to be held in Antwerpen, Belgium on the 8th of February.
These aforementioned main events and the matches are sure to excite the fans of UFC and especially fans of Daley as this would give them an opportunity to see their hero in action. Currently Daley’s management is on the look out for a new deal with a few well known promotions that follows the eventual collapse of EliteXC, “Semtex”.
